    Rules of Procedure Campsite “L’île aux mille Charmes”

The campsite has internal regulations displayed at the entrance to the campsite.

As a client of the campsite, this is binding on you. Attention ! Animals must be kept on a leash at all times.

The vaccination record can be requested at any time.

Charcoal barbecues are authorized, however in case of strong heat and for obvious safety reasons, the manager of the campsite gives himself the right to prohibit them, only electric and gas barbecues will then be authorized.

Swimming in the Moselle is strictly prohibited on the campsite.

I- GENERAL CONDITIONS

1° Conditions of admission

To be admitted to enter, settle and stay on the campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative.

He has the obligation to ensure the good behavior and order of the campsite as well as the respect of the application of these rules of procedure.

Double-axle caravans are prohibited on the campsite (except for seasonal customers).

Staying on the "L'île aux mille Charmes" campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them.

No one can take up residence there.

2° Police formalities

Pursuant to article R. 611-35 of the code of entry and residence of foreigners and the right of asylum, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, a individual police file

. It must mention in particular:

1- Surname and first names

2- Date and place of birth

3- Nationality

4- The usual home Children under the age of 15 can be listed on either parent's file.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will not be admitted.

3° Installation

The tent, motorhome, caravan and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

4° Reception desk

Opening hours displayed at the reception entrance.

You will find at the reception desk all the information on the services of the campsite, information on the possibilities of refueling, the sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the surroundings and various addresses which may prove useful.

A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers. Complaints will only be taken into consideration if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible and relate to relatively recent events.

5° Royalties and display

These rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campsite. It is given to each customer who requests it.

The classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed at the entrance to the campsite.

The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the Minister responsible for consumption and can be consulted at reception.

The fees are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campsite.

They are due according to the number of nights spent on the campsite.

The fees will be paid in advance on the day of the camper's arrival or 30 days before the arrival date for customers who have booked. 6° Noise and silence Customers are asked to avoid all noises and discussions that could disturb their neighbours.

Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals should never be left loose.

They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their masters, who are legally responsible for them. Silence must be total between 24 hours and 7 hours.

Failure to comply with any of these clauses will result in the expulsion of the customer without any refund.

7° Visitors

After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.

The camper can receive one or more visitors at the reception only after informing the reception.

If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper who receives them is required to pay a fee if this or these visitors stay for the night.

This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite. Visitors' cars are prohibited in the campground.

8° Traffic and parking of vehicles

Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/hour.

Traffic is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Only vehicles that belong to the campers staying there can circulate in the campsite.

Parking must not impede traffic or prevent the installation of newcomers.

Vehicles must be parked in the starting position and on their location.

9° Maintaining and appearance of the installations

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite.

It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters. "Caravanners" and "motorhomes" must empty their waste water in the facilities provided for this purpose.

Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be placed in the garbage cans.

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities.

Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose.

The cleaning of vehicles, caravans and motorhomes is strictly prohibited.

Hanging clothes should never be done from trees.

Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden for the camper to plant nails in the trees, to cut branches, to make plantations.

It is also not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground.

Any degradation committed to the vegetation, the fences, the ground or the facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of its author.

The location that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when entering the premises.

10° Security Fire

Stoves should be kept in good working order and not used in hazardous conditions.

In case of fire notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first aid kit is located at the reception desk.

2.Steal

The camper retains responsibility for his own installation and must report to the manager the presence of any suspicious person. Users of the campsite are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment. The campsite is under video surveillance with recording.

11° Games

No violent or disturbing game can be organized near the facilities. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents within the campsite and in the play areas.

12° Display

These rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campsite. It is given to the customer at his request.

13° Violation of the rules of procedure

In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules of procedure, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances.

In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the rules of procedure and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.

In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on the police.

14° Swimming

Swimming in the Moselle is prohibited on the campsite.

15° Rental insurance

The customer must check with his insurance that he has a resort extension under his Home Insurance contract and its warranty conditions.

If this is not the case, the tenant is required to take out insurance against the risks inherent in his occupation.

Namely: theft, loss, damage to personal effects.

He must also take out insurance for any damage he may cause to the rental pitch or the campsite, by himself or his companions.

16° Image rights

You expressly authorize, without compensation, the campsite to use on any medium the photos of you or your children which could be taken during your stay, for the advertising needs of the campsite.

17° Withdrawal period

In accordance with article L121-18-4° of the consumer code, you do not have a right of withdrawal.

Important note No brochure can be immune to possible ''misprints'' or printing errors.

Please have the prices confirmed when booking, only the prices mentioned on your invoice are contractual.

II- SPECIAL CONDITIONS

All dogs must be vaccinated (proof of vaccination may be requested). Category 1 dogs are not accepted. He must be kept on a leash and never wander alone for the ride. - Remember to take bags for your dog's little "souvenirs" on the campsite and during your travels

- For security reasons, we ask that the dog does not stay all day alone in the campsite (all types of accommodation combined)

- They must not frequent any building

- As a general rule, never disturb the peace of others. The damage caused by the animal will be under the responsibility of the owners.

A CANCELLATION GUARANTEE is included in your rental agreement:

before your departure, if one of the following events occurs:

- serious illness or serious accident or death affecting: yourself or your spouse, one of your ascendants or descendants, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law.

- death of a brother, a sister, a brother-in-law, a sister-in-law.

- significant material damage affecting your own property and imperatively requiring your presence.

- economic dismissal.

- accident or total theft of your vehicle and/or caravan occurring on the (direct) journey to get to the place of stay.

- Obtaining, after the rental reservation date, an open-ended contract.

For any other reason, apart from those mentioned above, cannot be canceled and thus claim a full refund of your stay.

In case of cancellation not supported, you will be retained or will remain due as compensation for breach of contract: The deposit of 50%.

Any cancellation must be made by registered letter with proof.

                      TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale

These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the site www.lile-aux-mille-charmes.fr

They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.

Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.

In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays.

They can also be obtained by simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.

Article 2 - Booking conditions

2.1 Price and payment

The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees.

For rental reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees.

For any unreported delay, the location becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain with the campsite management.

2.2 Modification of reservation

No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.

2.3 Cancellation

Any reservation not settled in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be cancelled

. For any cancellation received more than 60 days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Beyond 30 days before the start date of stays, the entire amount of the stay is retained by the campsite.

2.4 Withdrawal

The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).

Thus, for any order for a stay at the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.

Article 3 - Course of the stay

3.1 Arrivals

At the campsite: arrivals are from 2 p.m., any day of the week.

3.2 Departures

Departures are before 12 noon.Any release of the site after 12 p.m. results in the invoicing of an additional night.

Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.

3.3 Rules of procedure As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, deposited at the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.

Article 4 – Liability

The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the equipment of the camper-caravanner which would be of its own doing; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).

Article 5 - Applicable law

These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de grande instance or the Commercial Court of Nancy.
